Collectively, we have over 40 years of industry experience, our staff is well-equipped, well-informed and experts at assisting companies in carrying out their missions.
Now, let us introduce you to the people who brought Greenfield Partners to life – David and Pam Rima, and Kyle and Jenni Drumwright. The four founded Greenfield Partners after recognizing a market need for a recruiting firm that takes a different, unique approach. We don’t waste your time or try to push a square peg through a round hole just for the sake of a sale. Greenfield was founded on respect – for clients who trust us and candidates who rely on us.
While many recruiting firms may have been compromised during this unprecedented time, we’re proud to share that Greenfield Partners has actually grown our staff by 20 percent over just the last eight months. When the Pandemic hit and left so many people trying to understand how to work from home, while also keeping their children focused on their E-learning – GFP founders saw an opportunity to utilize their skills and help. Taking the team’s years of experience placing qualified industry professionals where they’re needed most, Greenfield Partners launched its newest venture, Greenfield Education Services. This education division works to source/recruit displaced substitute teachers and place them in families’ homes. Now, parents can focus on working instead of worrying whether their children are staying focused during their Zoom classes.
