Executive Leadership

David RimaFounder

David brings close to 20 years of staffing to his role as founder of Greenfield Partners. His experience includes building the Trace3 Human Resources Division, as well as having been a director at Robert Half Technology. When Dave isn’t matching companies with employees, he is helping run his local Little League and taking walks and bike rides with his wife and three kids.

Kyle DrumwrightFounder

Kyle helped start Greenfield Partners after a successful 15-year career in outside technical sales working for companies such as Techfuel, ATT, and Trace3. He is active in the day-to-day operations, sales, finance and administration. Outside of the office, Kyle is happily married and enjoys watching all three of his children play competitive volleyball.
