Executive Leadership

David RimaFounder

David brings close to 20 years of staffing to his role as founder of Greenfield Partners. His experience includes building the Trace3 Human Resources Division, as well having been a director at Robert Half Technology, and supplying defense contractors for Northrup Grumman. When Dave isn’t matching companies with employees, he is helping run his local Little League and taking walks and bike rides with his wife and three kids.

Kyle DrumwrightFounder

Kyle helped start Greenfield Partners after a successful 15-year career in outside technical sales working for companies such Techfuel, SBC Communication, and Trace3. He is currently chief financial officer, but is also still actively involved in sales and business development. Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys watching all three of his children play competitive volleyball. He is also an active supporter of Every Generation Ministries and serves on the board of directors.

Jenni DrumwrightFounder

Jenni helped start Greenfield Partners with Kyle back in 2013. She was working two jobs — as mother to her three children and as the back-office operations and accounting manager. Her children have gotten older and she has recently taken a leadership role in the business. As chief executive officer, she is focused on identifying new lines of business and continuing to oversee day-to-day operations. When Jenni is not working, she enjoys time at the beach with friends and family.

Pam RimaFounder

Pam got started with Greenfield Partners as a way back into the workforce after having children. Prior to helping found the company, she received her Master of Public Health degree from UCLA and was a health educator and program manager with the Orange County Department of Education and the County of Orange Health Care Agency, working directly with community-based organizations, schools, teachers and students. In between getting her kids to school, kickboxing, BMX, baseball and the beach, Pam enjoys surfing, reading and spending time with friends and family.
